Review on  Hong Leong & Mitsui Fudosan Emerged As The Developer of One-North Eden condo

TID Residential, a subsidiary of TID Private Ltd which is a partnership between Hong Leong Holdings and Mitsui Fudosan emerged winner of One-North Eden site. The top developer submitted a winning bid of $155.7 m which reflects a land rate of $1,001 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).

Other companies that participated in the tender include JBE Development Pte Ltd, HY Realty Pte Ltd, HB Universal Pte Ltd, Sim Lian Land Private Ltd and Winvale Investment Private Ltd coming last with abid of 124.0 M.
